Faux bagels and lox

I had leftovers from Simple Salmon.  For breakfast this morning, I thought I would try to eat it.  I basically made bagels and lox without the lox.  (Lox is cured salmon.)  I toasted a bagel, smeared it with leftover Dilled Sour Cream Sauce, sprinkled some capers on that, and then topped with leftover grilled salmon.  It was divine.
